Global Warming
Global warming, also known as climate change, is an unfortunate global phenomenon where air pollutants, (such as carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, etc.) absorb sunlight and solar radiation, trapping the sun’s heat inside the atmosphere. This leads to an increase in temperatures worldwide.

Global warming can be catastrophic in many ways. It can…
- Cause glaciers to melt, causing an increase in sea levels, and flooding coastal towns.
- Cause droughts
- Cause wildfires
- Cause increased temperatures that organisms have not adapted to, which means that more species may go extinct
- Increase the temprature uncomfortably
Many countries are working towards the slow of global warming, but it is simply not enough. EVERYONE needs to participate in this global effort, and one way to do so is to get an electric car.
